Description Multi-site international company is seeking a Plant Manager for one of their locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
** Manage the 24/7 operation of aluminum extrusion manufacturing including associated processes (paint, fabrication, etc).
** Manage 250+ employees including 8 direct reports in facility running 5 days, 24 hours, 3 shifts
** Responsible for improvements in productivity, quality and processes.
** Accountable for Environmental, Health, and Safety results, productivity improvements, employee development, maximizing the value of diversity, and customer delivery through implementation of company principles, including Daily Management, TPM, 5S, etc.
** Ensure consistent implementation and execution of policies and systems in order to guarantee customer (internal and external) expectations are met at the lowest cost and always with safety at the forefront of every activity.
** Management of total assets, wages & benefits and manufacturing costs.
** Work to ensure the execution of any of the financial goals and expectations set for each respective year.
** Responsible for facilitating the implementation of the business principles within the manufacturing organization and at times planning and/or leading Kaizen, TPM, and safety events in his/her areas.
** Responsible for coaching and counseling his/her superintendents, group leaders and any other staff personnel in his/her area.

QUALIFICATIONS
** BS/BA degree in Engineering, Business or related field is required.
** Minimum of 10 years experience managing production in an aluminum extrusion manufacturing environment.
** Key competencies required:
