DescriptionA leading manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products, is seeking a VP of Operations (Manufacturing).
Responsibilities :
Ability to make decisions that will lead to positive long-term impact to company growth, financial results, customer relationships, organization development, and associate relations in the corporation
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years Thermoformed food service products
10 + years experience in a manufacturing environment that involves Plastic Injection Molding, Thermoforming, Printing, and paper cup/container forming
Must possess technical skills in Lean Six Sigma process improvement techniques, materials requirement planning (MRP), distribution, and production planning
Masters Degree in Business preferred but will consider candidates with a Bachelors Degree in Business
Ability to travel
