Job Description
Responsibilities:
Improve commodity strategies within the organization.
Track record of sourcing metals, castings, and plastics.
Manage relationships with suppliers while leading sourcing teams.
Focus on supplier development, cost, and quality while tracking metrics measure performance.
Analysis of spend, cost models, supplier performance, and metrics to present to company leadership.
Focus on market trends and technology influences to maintain a solid supply base.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with 4+ in buying and planning.
Bachelors Degree is a MUST. Masters, PMP, CPM, etc. preferred.
Experience in an FDA regulated environment.
