THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve Plastic Injection Molds.  Experience with the Metric System required.  Read and understand digital and analog measuring tools. Manufacturing new and replacement parts for various kinds of equipment, using manually and CNC controlled machines, such as lathe milling machines, drill press.  Ability to trim and fit components using hand tools (such as die grinder, files, stones, etc.) and experience working with pneumatics, hydraulics and basic electrical.
 
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
  • GED/High School Diploma plus minimum 2 years work experience tool and die in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to evaluate and calculate necessary machining cutting speeds
  • Dexterity and ability to hand and custom fit small components
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Basic Math along with trigonometry
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Gauging and Measuring
  • Forklift, Pallet Jack, Part Handling with overhead Cranes
  • Able to read and work from engineering drawings
  • Mechanical comprehension
  • Comprehension of controls and sensors
