The position we have open with our Client Company is for a:
Position Name: “Product / Program Engineer” not Program Manager.
This position reports to: the local General Manager and also the Director of Engineering in Mexico.
Education and Must have: BS in Engineering
Experience: 4+ years’ experience with Tier 1 or Tire 2 or OEMs.
if the candidate has experience in Aluminum Powertrain, under hood, interior, exterior products, A GREAT NICE is if you have experience with Aluminum Castings, then the person would be really the right fit.
This position is specifically for our aluminum product line.  Our company also supplies plastic injected components and systems.
An exciting opportunity has become available within our Client Companies organization for a "Product / Program Engineer” not Program Manager.
of products including aluminum engine systems and plastic components to OEM’s and Tier 1 suppliers Automotive Companies.
Our Client Company requires Account managers to have a BS in Engineering with at least 4 + years’ experience working with sales of similar products to OEM, s and Tier 1 automotive customers.
Our Client company develops and produces aluminum and die-cast products along with aluminum gravity castings and a wide range of Plastics, drivetrain, under hood, . Applications are: vehicles engines, transmission and structural components.
This division also handles complex assemblies and functional testing as required.
As a group, they offer the automotive industry – and other sectors – a sophisticated range of products and services. We are both a development partner and full-service supplier capable of producing aluminum or plastic series products to specified requirements.
These capabilities place us amongst a few companies capable of supplying hybrid solutions in plastic and aluminum.

Position Function and Responsibilities:
Project Product Program Engineer Resident Engineer for Aluminum products and aluminum castings.
be the main contact with OEMs by supporting all the new developments done by automotive OEMs, search for new developments they can be feasible for the supplier and get technical support to decide if the new projects or feasible in our current process.
Manage and can coordinate all the new projects between the supplier the supplier’s customers.
Manage the entire math data received from that OEMs.
Support our tactical presentable’ s to the OEMs for every single issue during the coding and development of a new project.
manage all of the direct information between responsible design engineer the OEM and suppliers.
Supply accurate in product support transcoding processes.
Develop and present technical presentations to the OEMs reunified exportable all the information collected during the coding process and the new manufacturing techniques.
Review and distribute for the entire math data (translations if required) and 2-D drawings received for any new project engineering change received from the OEMs.
Develop presentations and sketches showing new projects or engineering changes to support the quoting processes required for suppliers.
Coordinate all types of meetings between the suppliers and the OEMs.
Support all the new projects PPAP and kickoff, track all necessary documentation required for the different release procedures (engineering, logistics, environmental).
Review and update of all of the open issues log with all users: (OEM, plant, suppliers).
Manage the Time Ganti chart for the new projects.
Support technical development and purchasing with all of the OEM standards required for the manufacturability of the new projects.
Support all of the purchasing development for the new projects by reviewing all the new manufacturing techniques the suppliers, cost improvements, engineering changes to improve costs, control math data and 2-D drawings between the supplier and the supplier to have accurate and updated quotes from them.
Review and update the milestones blog with OEM to spell the information with all the users (manufacturability proposals, engineering changes, definition on the tool to be used.)
