T. Burks & Associates is currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor that will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

Reports to: Production Manager

Essential Functions/Duties:
  • Coordinate the daily activities of the production team
  • Delegate production tasks to appropriate teams
  • Manage operations while meeting budgetary goals
  • Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance
  • Apply lean manufacturing best practices
  • Responsible for promoting and ensuring a safe work environment
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-10 Years experience in supervisor capacity
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing
  • Knowledge of production machinery and general mechanical principles
  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude
