The Manager of SEC Reporting works directly with the Director of IR/SEC Reporting, the CFO and the Corporate Controller.  Client is a large reporting corporation and requires full-scope reporting of the 10-Q and 10K.  This experienced professional will take the lead in gathering all data and information required for reporting presentation, author initial drafts and work with the team above to finalize all published documents.
Client has revenues of over $2 billion dollars and is continuing on the growth plan as established.  The optimum candidate will have the ability to ascend to the Director of SEC Reporting and beyond.

Business Acumen
   • Detailed knowledge of and successful track record of SEC reporting within a public company with a preference of a large reporting firm
   • Exceptional technical writing skills with high attention to detail
   • Lead in the coordination and preparation of quarterly reports (10Q), annual report (10K) and interim reports (8K)
   • Lead technical accounting research and assist with GAAP policies and policy implementation
   • Monitor the development and applicability of emerging accounting and reporting rules being deliberated by the SEC, FASB, PCAOB or other reporting regulations
   • Assist with month end close and financial reporting
   • High impact leader to drive consistent high performance of self and team needed to accomplish objectives
   • Effectively leads  and communicates development, design and execution of reporting and narratives required for the role
   • Demonstrated depth and breadth in all areas of the business
   • Strong relationships with industry and external resources
