Will work for a global manufacturer with responsibility for all HR related functions for a 300 employee, non union operation.
Will directly manage a staff of 4 (2 generalist's, an HR Rep and an EHS Rep.) and all safety, employee relations, compliance, staffing, workers comp, wage/benefits and training.
Job will play a major role as part of the executive leadership team and be involved in strategy and development of employee and continuous improvement programs.
BS / BA with 5-7 years of HR generalist experience coupled with 3-5 years in a HR leadership role. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and C/I programs is highly desired.
