Your unique role with us: Reporting to the area President, you will be responsible for driving leadership and execution of all plant operations, ensuring that the plant is aligned with overall corporate business objectives while supporting customer demand. Plan and develop leadership to deliver results for productivity, improvident, growth, and profitability.
Analyze operations to evaluate performance to determine areas of cost reduction and improvement.
-Direct, plan, and implement policies and activities to maximize returns on investments.
-Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
-Provide leadership and training to accomplish goals and objectives and maintain the ISO 13485 accreditation.
-Manage innovation and new product development projects in line with Division objectives.
What we are looking for:
-Experience with Injection Molding Manufacturing and Assembly.
-Proven skills in business and financial management.
-Working knowledge of master maintenance, BOM’s, routing and work centers
-Strong track record of operational excellence.
