Director role at one of Consulting Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Firms” and high-profile opportunity to lead teams on a variety of Supply Chain Optimization projects for Private Equity owned manufacturing facilities.

We currently have a great opportunity for an individual ready to help lead Supply Chain Optimization projects with a highly collaborative and supportive global firm. We seek a business leader with consulting and / or industry expertise with Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Management; SIOP Process.
Position Description
In the Supply Chain Practice, Directors lead teams that support the delivery of projects for Private Equity clients as well as their Portfolio Companies.
Directors serve a critical role in the organization, providing project execution and leadership while interfacing with clients that include Private Equity Investors, Boards of Directors and Corporate level Executive team members.   
Directors are professional communicators who possess excellent technical, analytical, financial modeling, data management, project management, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
 
 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 4 year degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA/advanced degree preferred
  • 15 years of experience in Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Management; SIOP Process. Distribution and Transportation experience is a plus
  • 10 years of progressive management experience in a logistics environment within manufacturing (in industry or consulting)
  • 5 + years of experience leading, coaching and facilitating projects in a boutique consulting firm or larger consulting firm environment
  • Global Supply Chain Experience a plus, specifically China
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
