will work with HR Director to develop and execute a recruiting plan and will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.
Work closely with Human Resources and hiring managers to understand job specifics.
Draft and post job descriptions
Source candidates for current and future positions.
Source and pre-screen resumes gathered through various avenues.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
Interview applicants on consistent set of qualifications to narrow the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the Hiring Manager.
Schedule interview appointments between the candidates and the Hiring Managers.
Manage candidates and hiring managers through the entire hiring process
Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, travel, lodging, etc.
Assist with candidate’s transition and onboarding process
Develop and implement standardized process for hourly recruiting across all plants
5+ years as a Professional/ Executive Recruiter specializing in Technical Recruiting preferred
Prior experience recruiting tech professionals in and from a national environment preferred
Advanced talent sourcing skills, including social media, networking and database mining techniques required
Works efficiently and effectively under pressure and with critical deadlines
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Practices independent thinking is a self-starter
Well-organized, extremely reliable, detail-oriented and assertive as a team player
Takes ownership and accountability for responsibilities and on-time delivery of service for internal clients
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
