Title: Applications Engineer

Location:  San Jose, CA

Description:  The Applications Engineer will provide technical solutions for clients.  Applications Engineer will support a variety of product lines and will be working closely with sales and customer service, as well as with new product development teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree - mechanical engineering preferred
  • 1+ years of experience serving as a technical authority - a specialist in the selection, application, use and/or performance of products
  • Background in machine tool, semiconductor, medical and/or industrial automation industries highly desired
  • CAD experience - Solidworks or AutoCAD
  • Must be willing/able to travel by plane as required to customer sites and sister facilities (anticipated to be no more than 25%)
Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.  (We are currently targeting a base salary in the range of $73K to $90K.  However, candidates currently above this salary, within reason, are still encouraged to apply.)
