HG Arias & Associates is currently accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant. This position is within the Temporary Recruitment department at our El Paso, TX servicing center. This position offers a competitive base salary with bonus potential.
Responsibilities include identifying, interviewing, screening and presenting qualified candidates for temporary and permanent positions to HG Arias & Associates' recruiters. Our recruiters strive to enhance HG Arias & Associates' reputation for providing the right candidate the first time so the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that only those candidates who are the perfect fit for a particular requirement are dispersed to the recruiters. Additional focus is placed on administrative duties related to the administration of temporary personnel.
Perform background checks and drug testing
Office functions such as labels, copies, filing, etc.
Conduct Exit interviews
Administration of Workers Compensation and Unemployment claims
Additional tasks as needed
Previous Professional Recruitment and or Temporary Staffing experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must
Excellent Customer Service Experience
Computer literate and internet skills
Working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent interpersonal skills
Project coordination experience
Basic knowledge of payroll process
Experience in HR
Must be flexible
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay rate is $9.50/HR-11:00/HR
