This Manager will direct and coordinate activities of writers and illustrators engaged in preparing material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instructions books, catalogs and related technical publications in conjunction with or independent from engineering , manufacturing, research and related activities.
Actively engaged to develop, write and edit material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs and related technical publications. They will develop and maintain parts lists and exploded view illustrations for service and parts manuals. The will prepare illustrations for manuals and other documents dealing with the installation, operation , maintenance, and / or repair of company products.
Managing includes staffing, budgeting and customer interface. Direct the dissemination of engineering information into customer oriented printed or digital documentation. Seek out and implement new technologies where applicable. Create and maintain the team atmosphere.
