Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst ($40-45k NP per month)

DESCRIPTION
Support the Supply Chain Finance Organization by assisting in all financial matters pertaining to the following:
Manage the inventory and reserves analysis and accounting. Participate in audits, month end close, and Sox execution.
Maintain business partnership with demand planning and supply operations teams for assigned BUs. Act as financial partner in ROI decisions regarding inventory investments and associated expenses. Identify Expense reduction opportunities.

EDUCATION:
BS degree and 6 years of related experience or CPA/MBA and 2 years of related experience or 6 years of relevant experience.

Broad knowledge and experience in participating in the development of business plans, budgets financial summaries and/or statements; understands interdependency of financial accounts and functions.
Broad knowledge of US GAAP and its application

SKILLS
Ability to communicate in English, (written and spoken)
Ability to partner and influence supply chain finance and operations (Cisco and SA)
Ability to independently solve complex issues, understand and anticipate impact to other groups
Ability to analyze inventory costs and manufacturing variances and communicate to business and finance partners
Ability to analyze and recommend decisions on complex issues
Cost Accounting or supply chain background preferable
Work with minimal guidance
Proficiency in SAP / ORACLE (desirable)
