THE POSITION: The company is looking for a HR Manager for their headquarters in Marshfield, WI. Reporting to the VP of Administration, this position is responsible for directing and coordinating human resource activities, such as Compensation, Benefits, Worker’s Compensation Administration, Salary Administration, Employee Relations, Legal/Compliance, Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and HR Processes.

THE REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree and 5+ years HR mgmt experience in a manufacturing environment. Labor relations experience including grievances and contract negotiations is required.
