Job Description
Global manufacturing company, is recruiting a Controller for their U.S. operation.   
 
This individualwill work with the U.S. CEO in Planning, Forecasting and Reporting the company’s success.
 
They will work closely with the CFO at the International Headquarters and will be instrumental in setting up U.S. financial processes and audits.
 
Individual should have skills and expertise in the following areas.
  • accounting
  • monitoring  and financial reporting
  • forecasting
  • profit planning
  • internal control development
  • large financial systems

EXPERIENCE

  • Individual must have recent Controller experience
  • 5 to 10 years of overall accounting experience
  • Should have worked for an organization that is involved with manufacturing and/or distribution
  • Should also have experience working with Public Trade companies and Financial reporting commitments in this environment.
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, and a CPA certification desired
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
International experience is a plus and having worked for an Israeli company is a huge plus
